Immigration Appeal Division

We represent clients with appeals to the Immigration Appeal Division.

The process for appeals to the Immigration Appeal Division differ depending on the type of decision being appealed.

Sponsorship Appeals
Failed sponsorship applications may be made by the permanent resident or Canadian citizens who have supplied the application to sponsor in support of the foreign national’s application for permanent residence. These appeals must be filed within 30 days of receipt of the refusal letter.
Removal Order Appeals
Persons who have received a removal order and who are permanent residents or permanent resident visa holders may appeal their removal to the Immigration Appeal Division. Convention Refugees or Protected Persons may also seek a removal order appeal. Appeals must be filed 30 days after receipt of the removal order. The Minister or the Immigration Division must then provide the record within 45 days of a request for the same from the Immigration Appeal Division.
Residency Obligation Appeals
To maintain status, permanent residents are required to be physically present in Canada for at least 730 days over a 5-year period. If a discovery is made that the individual has not met these requirements, renewal of permanent residence may be refused and/or a departure order may be issued.

> The information supplied by you is true and correct.

When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your debit / credit card in CAD currency. All payments are debited to Masha Immigration. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in Masha Immigration records.

Debit / Credit card payments are secured:

> Debit / Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
> Masha Immigration does not store in any way your debit / credit card details.

Confirmation:

> If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.
> If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. Masha Immigration will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your debit / credit card provider for details.
> If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your retainer agreement last page to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of Masha Immigration services.
> Masha Immigration will confirm your payment details via email.

By using Masha Immigration’s online debit / credit card facilities, you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to the Service Provider for sole purpose of offering and administering the online payment. We respect the privacy of every individual. Masha Immigration’s Terms and Conditions for online debit / credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
