Apply to become a permanent resident in Canada through Express Entry via Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trade and Canadian Experience Class streams.

The Express Entry system is not an immigration program or stream. It is an online application management system. The Express Entry system is used to manage applications for three economic immigration programs:

The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is a federal economic immigration program administered through the Express Entry system. Applicants with at least 1 year of Canadian work experience in certain jobs can apply for permanent residence in Canada through this program.
The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) is a federal economic immigration program. The program has 3 minimum requirements, skilled work experience, language ability and education, all of which must be met to become eligible.
The Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) is for skilled workers who want to become permanent residents based on being qualified in a skilled trade.

Each year, the Federal Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) releases a new Immigration Levels Plan which is used to guide its operations. In 2021, IRCC exceeded its target by welcoming more than 405,000 immigrants. In 2022, this target will rise to 431,645 new permanent residents (PRs). In 2023, Canada will aim to welcome an additional 447,055 immigrants and in 2024 another 451,000.

Card Payment Policies

The Online Payment Terms constitute a contract between you and Masha Immigration.

You warrant that:

> You are 18 years of age or over.
> You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms.
> The debit / credit card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the debit / credit card.
> You will pay the debit / credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the Services.
> The information supplied by you is true and correct.

When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your debit / credit card in CAD currency. All payments are debited to Masha Immigration. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in Masha Immigration records.

Debit / Credit card payments are secured:

> Debit / Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
> Masha Immigration does not store in any way your debit / credit card details.

Confirmation:

> If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.
> If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. Masha Immigration will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your debit / credit card provider for details.
> If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your retainer agreement last page to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of Masha Immigration services.
> Masha Immigration will confirm your payment details via email.

By using Masha Immigration’s online debit / credit card facilities, you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to the Service Provider for sole purpose of offering and administering the online payment. We respect the privacy of every individual. Masha Immigration’s Terms and Conditions for online debit / credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
